Full Moon Harvest

A wine experience at Bodega Tizac that invites you to witness the nighttime grape harvest by moonlight. The activity begins at dusk with a tour of the vineyards and a guided harvest, illuminated by torches.

At midnight, the grapes are moved to the winery in a festive atmosphere with music and dancing.

The project, which began in 2004 as a gathering of friends, highlights the high-altitude wine production of Fiambalá. The resulting wine, "Plenilunio," is a biodynamic wine that reflects the region's identity.
