About the event
A cultural proposal that combines choral music and regional gastronomy in the CATA Space, as a meeting point for residents and visitors during Holy Week.
The activity includes a gastronomic tour with traditional preparations from the Ambato department —La Puerta, Los Varela, El Rodeo and Las Juntas— along with the participation of Fray Mamerto Esquiú, with tastings of typical dishes such as mazamorra, tortilla, quince sweet and tamales.
In addition, a choral concert will be held, completing a proposal that integrates culture, music and local flavors, highlighting the identity of Catamarca.
