Native Flavors Experience

A gastronomic proposal that highlights local flavors in an archaeological and natural environment.

The menu includes locally inspired dishes such as Lenten empanadas, humitas or tamales en chala, and dessert with chañar cookies, accompanied by drinks such as high-altitude wine or flavored lemonades.

The experience takes place at the archaeological site Pueblo Perdido de la Quebrada, a space that safeguards vestiges of ancient native cultures and allows you to connect with the history and landscape of the place.
