Great Humita in Andalgalá

As part of Holy Week, the traditional Gran Humita de Semana Santa will take place in Andalgalá on Friday, April 3rd in Plaza 9 de Julio.

For the past three years, the proposal has consisted of preparing a giant 350-kilo humita, cooked in a large pot over a wood fire, in a very traditional and local style.

At the end, the humita is shared with everyone present, who can also come closer to mix the pot and be an active part of this community experience.
